Last month, Orange Corners Angola was present at the Angola Startup Summit 2024. This event, organised by the Angolan government together with Angola’s largest mobile phone operator UNITEL, brought together startups, entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, students, and public and private institutions interested in promoting innovation, the use of new technologies and Angola’s digital transformation.
Between 16-18 May, some 150 national and international startups gathered at the Talatona Convention Center in Angola’s capital Luanda. During these three days, the fair attracted more than 5,000 visitors – including the Orange Corners Angola team as well as many Orange Corners Angola graduates. Prospective entrepreneurs could visit the Orange Corners Angola booth to find out more about Jumpstart and the other Orange Corners Angola initiatives.
