Throwback to International Women’s Day, when our Orange Corners Algeria team hosted a diverse group of outstanding women and allies, including diplomats, entrepreneurs, young professionals and students.
After an inspiring opening address by NL Ambassador to Algeria Janna van der Velde, our implementing partner Sylabs presented Orange Corners, highlighting opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs.
The panel discussion shed light on the journeys of three remarkable women entrepreneurs who have turned their engineering knowledge into sustainable business ventures: Fairouz Mahtout (Biosphère), Karima Bougaroua (K-Marine) and Anais Boudaoud (Gaïa Herbio). These current Orange Corners Algeria participants showcased the power of determination and innovation in driving positive societal change.
