After RDM Next, our next stop on the Rotterdam ecosystem tour was the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship (ECE). This thought-provoking visit was particularly special, as ECE is connected to not one, but two recent Orange Corners projects in the DRC and Angola. This visit allowed those who previously only met virtually to finally connect in person.
Our mini workshop was led by ECE’s Head of Education Jip Dresia and Programme Director Ferdinand Jaspers. They took us on a deep dive into the intricacies of organisational development for entrepreneurship support organisations. Jip and Ferdinand didn’t just present ideas; they challenged our mindsets, pushing us to rethink how we can better support entrepreneurial ecosystems. Their mission? To leave us brimming with more questions than answers – and they succeeded brilliantly!
